• 5600 West project - cost estimate underway-Tabled

• Durant's Crown Bakery issue status

• Chuck and Debby attended a meeting with concerned neighbors in November to
discuss the options available to Kearns residents

• Business license request - daycare in South Kearns-Tabled

• Holiday Oil sign recommendation- approved

• Entheos Charter School recommendation-Tabled

•  Parks & Rec - Mt. Man Park tree planting results- 40 trees were planted. Kathy Larabee reported on this project, it was hard work but successful.

• Communications- KCC webmaster and website- Brian Stone Daily will be the new webmaster- vote was unanimous

• Public Safety- KCPA / Project 365- Cathy Harding-Tabled

Unfinished business

• Nabos request - Tabled

• Recognition letter approve-voted unanimously and signed

• Announce votes on oversight committee and incorporation issue-Tabled

• Propose 3 director change to KTC Bylaws-Tabled

• Vote to approve KCC website - webmaster-unanimous

New Business

• Kearns Improvement District presentation - Pamela Gill -Asst. Manager

• 2006 Officer Election -newly elected officers for 2006 are as follows:

• Chairman-Kevin Lundy. Vice Chairman- Charles Henderson. Secretary- Paula Larsen.
Treasurer- T.J. Dubach. Agenda Clerk- Chuck McDowell.
