Options available for transfer of the name Kearns Community Council

There have been complaints from citizens to Alan Andersen and the Mayor's office about the legality of the swearing hi of the council on September 6, 2005, Alan Andersen will take care of the problem if we will amend the minutes of September 6,2005 to read: Members elect of the Kearns Community Council were then formally sworn in by Jeff Waters ACCT .as newly elected members o1 the Kearns Community Council, a DBA of the Kearns Town Council. Wording needs to be exact, Alan Andersen will handle the other parts.

The Kearns Town Council was never dissolved.
