KEARNS COMMUNITY COUNCIL Executive Meeting Minutes

October 18, 2005

I. Call to order

Kevin Lundy called to order the executive meeting of the Kearns Community Council at 6:00 P.M.on

October 18, 2005 in the Kearns Library Auditorium

Pledge of Allegiance

II. Attendance

Debby Conner -Secretary conducted a roll call. The following persons were present: Kevin Lundy, Debby Conner, Paula Larsen, Al Petersen, Kathy Larabee and Charles Henderson

Excused were Samantha Andersen, Thomas Dubach Jr. and Chuck McDowell

III. Approval of minutes from last meeting

IV. Open Business

a) Planning and Zoning- electronic sign at Holiday Oil on 5600 West
5400 South was tabled until a public meeting in December.

b) Al Britton-excused. His presentation will be in the executive meeting on Nov. 1^st.

V. New business

a)   Recognize Kelly Record on Oct. 18 for his involvement in the Mountain Man Park project.

b)   Homeland Security-

1. Al Britton's presentation on Nov. 1st

c) Workshop time and topics

d) Excuse Debby Conner-Nov. 1^s

e) Discuss Council workshop-Oct. 22^nd at 8:00 A.M.
