Secretary Paula Larsen arrived late so these minutes reflect from the time she arrived. Kathy Larrabee took minutes prior to her arrival.

Roll Call Of Members---Eight council members in attendance, one excused, as listed above.

Minutes---Executive and public minutes for 2-6-07 were reviewed and approved as corrected.

Correspondence Folder---Reviewed by council members.

Unfinished Business---New street lights, tabled to public meeting.

New Business---Auto Dial Announcement---Chuck stated that we have access to an auto dialer from Ken Garff through council member Charles Henderson to notify community of upcoming After School Programs meeting. The cost should not exceed approx. $450.00. Chuck stated that he had already passed this request by Stacee Adams at the county and we could use our funds for this. *** Motion by Charles to make so. 2^nd by Kathy. Chuck called for vote. 5 yes, 2 no, motion passed. ***Motion by Charles that the council spend $100.00 for refreshments at this meeting. 2^nd by Al. Chuck call for vote. 6 yes, 1 no, motion passed.

Council Workshop---Date for next council workshop was set for Saturday at 10:00 AM. Place to be announced.
