Call To Order---Chuck McDowell, Chairman

Roll Call Of Members---Nine council members in attendance

Minutes---Executive and public minutes were approved as written for May 15, 2007.

Unfinished Business---Reimbursement For Switch---Chuck reported to withdraw previous invoice and vote to spend $600.00 for lighting. The After School Program is going through another vendor. A new invoice will be faxed to Chuck. Council

Pictures—Paula reported waiting for Steve to get back to her on dates and times available for indoor pictures. Newsletter---***Motion by Paula to extend the newsletter for four more issues with the condition if there is a price increase then council will re-visit. 2^nd by Kathy. Chuck called for vote. 9 yes, 0 no. Motion passed. Float Update---Paula reported that council would begin construction this Saturday at 7:00 AM. All are welcome to come and participate. Hometown Night Event---Paula reported have had one meeting and some plans were put in place. No objections from council.

New Business—Special Projects---Chuck clarified the way he received the bids, via email, for webmaster and website. He will double check with county to make sure they are ok with way received. Hometown Night---Paula gave update. Council Christmas Social---Kathy gave update. Organizations Request For Funds From Special Projects---Sam suggested that the organizations that want to request funds should complete a form stating why funds are wanted and what they will be used for specifically. Sam has rough draft form. Will send to council members. Members will then review, change, add to, etc… and then finalize form. No objections from council members. Dugout Covers---Charles suggested that perhaps those organizations who would benefit from these covers could also contribute some seed funding of their own, IE: fund raisers, etc…
